FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure hotel/lodging for personnel attending training conducted by the U.S. Atlantic Command/Joint Training, Analysis & Simulation Center. An estimated of 15,000 night lodging of double and single occupancy rooms are expected to be used for one or two week exercises during the period of 01 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99. The award of a multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity fixed priced contracts is contemplated. Offerors must be capable of providing the required services along specific transportation routes beginning at the Norfolk Naval Base: 1) across midtown/downtown tunnels & rte 164 or 2) using rtes 64 and 664. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the FISC. The Government will not pay for information received.
