The site is located on the southwest corner of Quality Drive and Westinghouse Boulevard, Lot 4, Withers Cove Business Park. Contractors must have all required state and local licenses for this type of work in the above-stated area. The Mid-Atlantic Facilities Service Office has a goal of 10% for minority subcontracting and encourages subcontracting opportunities for minority and woman-owned businesses. Offeror must provide, at time proposal is due, documentation from bonding agent stating offeror's bonding capability. Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price and payment bonds in the amount of 40% of the contract price will be required from the successful offeror within forty-eight (48) hours after notification of award. Corporate sureties must appear on the list in Treasury Circular 570. The estimated cost of the project is between $1,200,000 and $1,800,000 with construction completion within 300 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
