Martin, Contracting Officer The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to Repair Section 3E, Building 36/3E. Work is to include the removal of existing Hauserman partition walls, circuit breakers, wiring, receptacles, six Portable Air Conditioning Units (PAC's), the installation of raised floor panels, conduit, wall with window, the relocation of light switches, raised floor panels with cutouts, and other associated items. Work shall be performed by a general contractor who has construction experience in electric, piping and general construction. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 90 days. The range of this project is $25,000 and $100,000. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The SIC code is 1542, size standard$17.0 Million. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this procurement.
