Z -- RENOVATIONS TO BUILDING 1, BAYS 3 AND 5 SOL SP3100-98-B-0009 DUE 073098 POC Joni Stephens, Contract Specialist, 717-770-5912 or Merlene DuBose, Contracting Officer, 717-770-7107 The work included under the specifications consists of the following items, but is not limited to these items alone: a) Demolition and disposal of the toilet/shower facilities in Building 1, Bays 3 and 5. Demolition including installation of protective barriers, walls, floor finishes, ceilings and floors, toilet fixtures, plumbing, ventilation equipment and duct and electrical work. b) Furnish and install new toilet/shower facilities in Building Bays 3 and 5: New walls, ceilings and floors with scheduled finishes and accessories; new plumbing fixtures, piping of supply and waste lines; structural revisions to Bay 5 associated with column relocation; new electrical fixtures and circuitry for power and lighting required for Bays 3 and 5 renovations; minor roof flashing and patching of roof vent penetrations. c) Provisions of as-built documentation by the Contractor. d) Performance, coordination and scheduling of ALL above work scope items, in such a manner and fashion, so as to support the continued use,function and operation of Building 1 as so deemed by the Contracting Officer.
