Z -- REPAIR ROOFS, MULTI-FACILITIES, (INDEFINITE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT) SOL FA4416-98-R0026 DUE 080398 POC Contractng Officer, Captain Ellen Adams (Telephone 301-981-2374) ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE: 06 July 1998. ESTIMATED COST RANGE: Between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Projects AJXF 99-1552 and AJXF 99-4025 consist of providing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations required to provide roofing repair/replacement at Andrews AFB and Davidsonville and Brandywine Transmitter Sites, Maryland. The work includes but is not limited to: (1) Repair/replacement of strip shingle roofing (2) Replacement of standing seam metal roofing; (3) Repair/ replacement of built-up roofing; and (4) Replacement of modified bitumen sheet roofing. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract with a base year and three one-year option renewal periods. The contract performance period is 365 calendar days for the base year and 365 calendar days for each option year renewal. The proposed procurement is being issued as an unrestricted acquisition and is subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7008, Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns Construction Acquisitions Test Program. Award will be made to the offeror who the Government determines can best accomplish the necessary work to satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFP in a manner most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. Offer guarantee required.
