Work includes, but is not limited to, repair and replacement of existing wall/ceiling finishes, installation of new ceiling, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and new nurse call system, installation of new reception desk, and application of new plastic laminate on existing doors, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work as per plans and specifications. The construction cost range for this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The solicitation documents will be available after June 24, 1998.
