Work consists of the removal of the top 6 inches to 1 foot of contaminated top soil and overlaying sod; placement of visual barrier; replace with clean top soil to pre- existing grades; and hydroseed or sod as applicable. Materials will be hauled to a designated disposal area. All work tasks shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications package.
