The U.S. Army Armament, Research, Development and Engineering Center (TACOM-ARDEC) contemplates award of a time and material sole source contract to Alliant Technologies to perform technical engineering services in support of research and production to develop and advance the current technologies of the Explosively Formed Penetrator Warhead and Shaped Charge Warhead. This would entail the development of novel and innovative warhead designs as well as pushing the current design limits to increase on-target lethality.
