The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, intends to purchase the following spare parts: X14 Multiplier Assembly, RDL P/N 110976, 15 each; 3 GHZ, low pass filters, RDL P/N: 111342, 20 each. The Government intends to purchase these items from RDL, Inc. The Government knows of no other source and believes that these items are proprietary to RDL, Inc. The Government does not have specifications or drawings for these items. The intended acquisition is for supplies for which the Government intends to acquire from one manufacturer under the authority of 41USC253(c)(1). The Government will accept offers from any qualified source capable of supplying the items. The spare parts will be delivered to the National Weather Service, Kansas City, MO on an FOB Destination basis.
