The contractor shall be bilingual in Spanish/English. There is no patient contact. Work (approximately 8 hours per week) is to be performed on-site at Federal Bldg in Manhattan. Solicitation is estimated to be issued approximately July 1, 1998 with proposals due approximately August 3, 1998. Contract will be for approximately ten months with provisions for three one-year option periods. This is a 100% small business set aside.
