E-MAIL: click here to contact the contracting officer via, glastettera@doleta.gov. 1) Request for proposal (RFP) for the outreach/admissions and placement services for Region I Job Corps covering areas in Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. 2) The outreach services provided shall ensure the arrival of a minimum of 1574 male students and 1574 female students into the Job Corps Program annually. 3) Placement services shall be a minimum of 80% of arrivals (estimated to be 2996 students) which are then placed into employment, school or military. 4) It is anticipated that the consultant contract will cover the period from January 1, 1999 to December 31, 1999, plus four governmental unilateral renewal options for one year each. 5) On June 30, 1998, the RFP 1-JC-98-02 will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/schedule.html. 6) The pre-proposal conference for the outreach and placements services will be held on July 8, 1998 at 9:00 a.m. (EST) in the Job Corps Regional Office conference room which is located at the J.F.K.
