Work includes but is not limited to (1) construct vehicle maintenance, 19,000 SF, performance period 300 calendar days after notice to proceed; (2) construct base supply complex, 31,600 SF, performance period 365 calendar days after notice to proceed; (3) construct base civil engineer facility, 16,750 SF, performance period 270 calendar days after notice to proceed; (4) construct wing operations and training facility, 29,500 SF, performance period 390 calendar days after notice to proceed; (5) construct squadron operations facility, 22,000 SF, performance period 390 calendar days after notice to proceed; (6) construct multi-purpose facility, 22,500 SF, performance period 270 calendar days after notice to proceed. The total estimated magintude of the project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. SIC Code for this solicitation is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17 million.
