The estimated cost of the project is between $1,640,000 and $2,000,000 with construction completion within 300 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Contractors must have all required state and local licenses for this type of work in the above-stated area. The Mid-Atlantic Facilities Service Office has a goal of 10% for minority subcontracting and encourages subcontracting opportunities for minority and woman-owned businesses. Offeror must provide, at time proposal is due, documentation from bonding agent stating offeror's bonding capability. Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price and payment bonds in the amount of 40% of the contract price will be required from the successful offeror within forty-eight (48) hours after notification of award.
