A crawler tractor with a hydraulic six way tilt blade will be required. Graders will not be allowed, many of the roads to be waterbarred are narrow and overgrown with sharply leaning trees which restrict the use of graders. This project is located at various locations on the Hebo Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Tillamook, Yamhill and Lincoln Counties, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000. Estimated start work date is November 2, 1998.
