This project is to install air conditioning to the Dinning Room and Ball Room of building 401, Consolidated Club. The contractor is to install a 10 ton chiller unit and and two 4 ton fan coil units. Work includes but is not limited to installing electrical power, makup water, condensate drain, piping, ducting and other work items associated with renovations of this nature. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 1 Jul 98 with a closing date of 15 calendar days after RFQ issuance.
