Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN under Project No. 583-98-1570. Work includes disconnection of all utilities to each building prior to commencing work, excavation and removal of all building debris from the site, including foundations and basements, and backfill of soil to 95% compaction level based upon the latest AASHTO standards. All debris shall be disposed of in a safe manner and all applicable City of Indianapolis and State of Indiana codes/procedures shall be followed in performing the service. Work also includes seeding/sodding areas where demolition occurs. Completion time for this work is 130 calendar days from receipt of the notice to proceed. Estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this procurement is 1795 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. This is an unrestricted procurement. Solicitation packages will be available on/about 7/2/98 with bid opening scheduled for 30 calendar days after issuance of solicitation.
