The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervisor necessary to Demolish Building 462 located on Charleston Air Force Base South Carolina in strict accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. The work to be preformed generally consist of, but is not limited to the following: Demolish and remove building 462, a 3 story concrete block building that was constructed in 1956. It has approximately 25,295 SF of floor space and is approximately 205' long x 41' wide. Interior partitions are composed of concrete block walls and gypsum board. The roof height is approximately. 32' above the exterior grade. There is approximately. 200' of sidewalk to re removed. The contractor will also be required to remove all asbestos and provide a complete survey of the bldg. The solicitations will be evaluated using Performance/Price Trade Off Procedures.
