All bids submitted shall have a minimum acceptance time of 90 calendar days. Estimated cost range $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation package will be available o/a 7-8-98 with bid requests to be received on or before 8-7-98. A pre-bid conference and site visit shall be conducted 7-23-98 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
