The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a modification to Contract N00019-95-C-0198 with Raytheon TI Systems, Inc., McKinney, Texas for two Systems Intermediate Level Test Sets (SILTSs). One set will be for the U.S. Navy P-3C aircraft AN/APS-137B(V)5 Radar support and the other set will be for the Royal Norwegian Air Force FMS Case NO-P-LAK for the the same radar. SILTS will enable testing of the Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) on the AN/APS-137B(V)5 Radar in order to fault isolate down to the Shop Replaceable Assembly (SRA) level. Raytheon TI Systems, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of the AN/APS-137B(V)5 Radar and performs depot level repair for the AN/APS-137B(V)5 Radar. Raytheon TI Systems, Inc. is the only known manufacturer of the SILTS with the expertise, experience and drawings to manufacture it. (0167)
