Cruz, 505-784-2958 Contractor shall provide non-personal services including all necessary plant, labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, supervision, and all other essentials necessary to perform operation of the Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Contractor is to set up and maintain a store in Government owned facilities for furnishing Civil Engineer related supplies for use on Cannon AFB and authorized Government installations. Typical categories of supply include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, paint, sheet metal, refrigeration, heating, pavement and grounds, power plant, waste and water. This supply/service is being acquired under the acquisition of commercial item procedures. This is a firm fixed price requirements contract with an economic price adjustment with a performance period of 01 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99 with four (4) one-year options. This proposed requirement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for those concerns and its affiliates is "5074" and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed 100 employees. Request for Proposals will be tentatively issued on or about 13 Jul 98 with receipt of proposals tentatively scheduled on or about 27 Aug 98. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, is determined technically acceptable based on the mandatory evaluation criteria, and offers the lowest price.
