(SCI), 889 Ridge Lake Blvd., Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee 38120-9493. The purpose is to obtain subscriptions to SCI Transportation Forecast Services. Authority for other than full and open competition is provided through FAR 6.302-1. SCI is the only major U.S. econometrics forecasting firm offering long-term (10 years or more) agriculture transportation forecasts by mode, including rail, inland waterway, and seagoing exports by coastal region. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. See Note 22. (0167)
