The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Advanced Navigation & Positioning Corporation of Hood River, Oregon for access to a Tactical Transponder Landing System (TTLS) for experimentation, training and demonstration. This effort is a limited objective experiment with equipment developed by Advanced Navigation & Positioning Corporation. This effort is projected to occur in FY98.
