The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Illgen Simulation Technology, a small business concern in Goleta CA. Services will provide the Air Force with radiofrequency radiation (RFR)assessment surveys and consultation. The radiological assessment activities will be providing field evaluation and measurements for non-ionizing radiation systems. This includes data collection, database management, and report writing. In addition to the non-ionizing radiation assessments, secondary activities in ionizing radiation assessment are required. This would include sample collection, direct measurements, and report writing. Services involve coordinating with host base bioenvironmental engineering or safety offices to obtain information for evaluating radiation hazards. This requires use of an Automated RFR Standard Evaluation System. This system is unique and requires expert knowledge of RFR and computer programming. "See Notes 1 and 22" (0167)
