The services shall include at a minimum: 1200 Direct In Dial telephone numbers; Monthly lines; Directory Assistance (approximately 10,000) per month; Local repair facilities and Direct billing capability. The proposed period of performance will be for a period of 12 months with four 12 month options. Telephone request for this solicitation will not be honored. RFP availability is limited and will be furnished on a first received, first served basis until the supply is exhausted.
