This modification is to inform potential offerors that the number of man-days is increased by 60 from 464 to 524 for both the FY99 and FY00, for a total of 1048 man-days of engineering services required to survey and record the installation, operation, maintenance and performance of submarine main storage batteries; and to provide recommendations to correct detected deficiencies or problems.
