S. Army Reserve Personnel Command, 9700 Page Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri in accordance with the specifications. This project is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The size standard is $18,000,000.00. The contract period is 1 September 1998 thru 31 August 1999, with a possible four (4) one (1) year option periods.
