DABT31) Operate and maintain real property and equipment within the
Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF) at Fort Leonard Wood,
Missouri. Operations and maintenance duties include work on a Direct
Digital Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Integrated
Control System, safety operations, environmental monitoring, miniature
chemical agent monitoring systems, and protective clothing and
equipment maintenance and certification operations. The Army uses the
CDTF to train approximately 4,500 students per year in chemical defense
measures: detection, identification, and decontamination of toxic
chemical agents. The CDTF Complex will consist of an administrative
building, a guard house (entry control point), six outdoor simulant
training pads, the main training building, and a training devices
storage building. Contractor employees must be Chemical Personnel
Reliability Program (CPRP) certified IAW AR 50-6 and DA Pam 50-6. All
contractor employees will be required to have Defense Industrial
Security Clearance Office (DISCO)- granted security clearances as a
contractually required condition of employment. This is an unrestricted
