Provider will provide Pharmacy Services to eligible veteran beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) from Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Sioux Falls, SD and the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Fort Meade and Hot Springs, SD. Services to include filling and dispensing original prescriptions only written by providers employed by the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, CENSODAK Internal Medicine, 1610 Harrison, Pierre, SD. To provide the needed support to the CBOC, (Area of consideration is being limited to the city of Pierre, SD).
