The contractor shall mobilize community-based organizations to partner with health provider organizations in accessing educational and other services for New Jersey minorities who are victims of asthma. The contractor shall identify community-based organizations, develop recommendations regarding prevention and treatment, and address issues related to asthma data collection analysis.
