The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a firm fixed price small business set-aside contract(s) for professional instructional services for a term of one year with four one-year options. This requirement is for four full time instructors. The full time instructor will write lesson plans, perform platform instruction, faculty advise students, function as desk officer, serve as a source of intelligence information for debriefing students, and perform other instructional duties as required for the DoD Strategic Debriefing Course at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Also included are updating of instructor course books, participant course books, visual aids, and various other documents and reports as deemed necessary by the POC/COR and as specified in the statement of work. Actual human intelligence and debriefing experiences are required. The contractor must have a broad understanding of current global geographical, political, economic, military, and cultural issues. Contractors must also have basic knowledge of word-processing programs and be able to search automated databases. Place of performance is Fort Huachuca, Arizona. A reading room will be available to review training material. The exact time and location of the reading room will be provided in the solicitation.
