The Office of Public Health and Science/Office of Minority Health through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch plans to award a 12-month sole source Simplified Acquisition to the Massachusetts, Department of Public Health. The purpose of this contract is to strengthen and expand existing infrastructure in order to address the needs of racial, ethnic, and linguistic minorities through the development of "Project Data-Link". This contract addresses the Infrastructure Development focus of the federal Office of Minority Health's state partnership activities by 1)developing technology systems within the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and its Office of Minority Health, including a database; and 2) enhancing the Department's capacity to compile, analyze and disseminate racial/ethnic data to minority populations.
