R -- ADVANCE THE COLLECTION, ANALYSIS AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA ON ALLIED HEALTH WORKFORCE SOL HRSA-98-BHPR-A257558 DUE 070298 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions, 1730 M Street, NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to advance the collection, analysis, and dissemination of supply, demand, and utilization data on the allied health workforce. The contractor shall develop a workplan; appoint an Advisory Committee to assist in the performance of the project; convene and conduct three Collaborative meetings; and prepare a draft and final report of the project. The Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
