(Site Code DAKF57) Provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications for vault latrine servicing and chemical latrine rental and servicing at Fort Lewis and Yakima Training Center, Washington and vicinity. Most of the requirement work at Fort Lewis will be ordered May through September. Most of the requirement work at Yakima Training Center will be ordered May through October. The total number of latrines and sinks to be provided at one time varies throughout the year. An estimated maximum of 500 units may be required at any one time in the Fort Lewis area and 250 units in the Yakima Training Center Area. Contract period consists of Base Period (1 January 1999 through 31 December 1999) and three one-year option periods. This is a partial requirements type contract and delivery orders will be issued against the requirements items. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted.
