The project involves construction of a new 17,150 gross square foot (1,594 gross square meter) two story, administrative operations office building with associated exterior parking and site utilities plus, immediately adjacent to this facility, construction of a new 50,960 gross square foot (4,724 gross square meter) two story office/classroom building with associated exterior parking and site utilities on the compound of the existing James J. Rowley Training Center, 9200 Powder Mill Road, Beltsville, Maryland. Both buildings are to be masonry veneer with steel interior structures. Estimated Cost Range: $5,000,000 to $8,000,000. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and Subject to a Subcontracting Plan under FAR 52.219-9.
