AVAILABILITY: The solicitation for this project will be issued as a Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD ROM ONLY. EBS Disks will be available on or about 7 July 98 at no charge per Disk. EBS Disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhaused. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB number DACA67-98-B-0025 when ordering. Requests MUST be in writing and be received before bid EBS Disks will be mailed. Estimated dollar value is in the range of $100,000 to $500,000 and completion period is 180 days. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. Project is open to both large and small businesses. For the purposes of this procurement a concern is considered a small business if its average annual receipts are $17 million or less.
