MOSELEY (703) 806-4435 (Site Code DADW35) The U.S. Army Military District of Washington Acquisition Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to issue a Solicitation for a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to constuct an addition to the Physical Fitness Center, Headquarter's Area Fort A.P. Hill, Bowling Green, Virginia. Work consists of but not limited to establishing finish grades and finish floor elevations, construct prefabricated/insulated metal building addition complete with personnel doors and windows, provide new gypsum wallboard partitions and gypsum board ceiling, install floor and wall finishes, install one racquetball court, field check verify all locations of existing utilities and install connections as required, provide power, lighting, and HVAC service, provide radio type, and fire alarm reporting system. The proposed contract is UNRESTRICTED (all responsible sources may submit bid). The magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
