Work includes, but not limited to, repair and upgrade the HVAC system to current standards, including replacement of all air handling units and installing a Direct Digital Control System. The contract period will be for one year with two one-year option periods. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted.
