THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR X-38 OMNI-DIMENSIONAL S-BAND ANTENNAS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional proposal instructions and to attach the Statement of Work to the referenced notice. The Statement of Work may be accessed via the NAIS at URL http://procurement.nasa.gov/EPS/JSC/class.html. Offerors shall include unit prices for the 8 (eight) required deliverables referenced in the Statement of Work and Specification. Further, the The Government will have the option to procure additional antennas (up to 5), for a minimum period of eighteen (18) months after the delivery date for the products. The unit prices for the additional antennas shall be included in the proposal. The due date for receipt of offers is extended to July 1, 1998. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFO posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on June 1, 1998.
