(1 ea) IMC Four Cell Upgrade; part # 4414 -- Upgrades the calorimeter to include four cells of the same size. One cell serves as a common differential reference. 3. (1 ea) IMC High Temperature Upgrade; part #4474 -- Changes the operating temperature range to 20-200 degree C, 4. (1 ea) Water Adsorption Accessory: part # 4474 -- Used to measure the critical vapor pressure and rate of water adsorption by hygroscopic samples, which includes: (a) Modified Hastelloy-C ampoule with two capillary tubes, (b) modified cover and shunts, (c) Programmable Scanning Vapor Saturation Chamber, (d) Flow Valve and Pressure Regulator, (e) Software to log humidity and heat data, 5. Any firm believing that they can provide the required Isothermal Microcalorimeter may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 DAYS after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment.
