The following is a list of questions and answers pertaining to the One Touch System. Question (Q): Please clarify where remote site will be installed? Answer (A): Remote site is Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, AR; host site is DEOM, Patrick AFB, FL. Q: Will the contractor install remote site? A: Yes, contractor will install all equipment at all sites. Cost of any site survey will be included in the bid price. Q: If yes, what is the remote site configuration? A: X.25 configuration. Q: What does the category "OTS (One Touch System) Service Labor" mean? A: We anticipate a custom, full service installation (not a daisy chain installation using T- splitters. Q: Is site survey required? Would the cost be included in our quote? A: Not from our point of view; contractor should be able to install without a site survey. Q: Please provide more information on the network system. Is it satellite/terrestrial etc? A: DEOMI has a Kuband, one way video, two way audio teletraining system that uses GE-3 as the transceiver satellite. We anticipate the One Touch System will interface with the satellite uplink IRD.
