Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order with MicroSearch Corporation of Saugus, MA for upgrades of user licenses, maintenance, consulting support and training for MicroSearch Corporation's CD-ROM authoring and retrieval product called re:Search/CD:Search used for digitizing and HTML hypertext tagging of paper based non-technical publications to cover the period of October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 with an option for one (1) additional year of coverage. Headquarters, Printing Management and Logistics Branch (ARDF) Arlington, Va will be designated as the central site for deliveries and maintenance management. Vendors with a capability to provide maintenance, upgrades training and consulting support are invited to submit in writing, sufficient technical and cost information which demonstrates the ability to fulfill this requirement.
