Approximate estimated annual usage is 30,000 gal unleaded gas and 6,000 gal diesel fuel for an indefinite quantity contract (contingent upon availability of funds) for a base year of 10/1/98 -- 9/30/99 and up to four additional option years. Refuge fleet consists of approximately 45 vehicles and assorted heavy equipment. FOB origin at contractor's facility which must be located in accordance with one of the following parameters: (1) Adjacent to Sterling Highway between mile post 90.6 and 95.6 OR (2) adjacent to the Kenai Spur Highway between mile post 0.0 and 2.0.
