The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Cumberland, intends to award a Non-Personal Service Contract to a qualified individual or business capable of providing Catholic Services for the Religious Services Department. The contract period will include a base year (October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999), and four (4) one year option periods for renewal. The contractor shall be required to provide preaching, teaching, and counseling. The contractor will communicate proper tenets of his/her respective faith. These teachings will reflect correct practice of his/her respective faith. The anticipated solicitation issue date is July 6, 1998, with an anticipated receipt of offers due by August 10, 1998.
