This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to procure the program agenda fort he 1999 AHEC National Workshop; conduct the 1999 AHEC National Workshop, in cooperation with the AHEC Program and the HETC Program at the University of Louisville, Louisville, Kentucky, during August; emphasize the effectiveness of the AHEC/HETC Program(s) in addressing health manpower distribution and quality issues; and procure the 1999 AHEC National workshop Summary Report. The period of performance for this project is one (1) year. University of Louisville School of Medicine is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
