This requirement will be issued as an unrestricted acquisition; indefinite quantity contract. This call center is an order taking center which will handle only those calls from military customers placing order via credit card. The workload estimates are expected to start as low as 50 calls per month increasing to a potential 5,000 calls per month. This center must be available to our military customers 24 hours 7 days a week. A solicitation will be issued in approximately 30 to 45 days of this notice. (0168)
