Hamel, Contracting Officer National Imagery & Mapping Agency requires custodial services in Bethesda, MD and St. Louis, MO. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The custodial services include, but are not limited to floor maintenance, restroom cleaning, dusting and trash removal. The St. Louis site is approximately 1,000,000 sf and the Bethesda site is approximately 350,000 sf. Both sites consist of general office space, computer rooms, dining facilities and conference rooms. A contract with a base year and four option years is contemplated. The applicable SIC Code is 7349 and the size standard for this acquisition is $12 million. This requirement is a competitive, 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms. This acquisition requires a top secret facilities clearance as well as personnel with top secret clearances. Award will be based on the best value to the Government, priceand technical factors considered.
