The successful contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment and tools required to: set up and maintain a tree information computer database; perform safety inspections, tree evaluations, tree maintenance, landscape planting and transplanting, emergency work and other miscellaneous work related to tree maintenance. The contract period of performance shall extend for a period of one year from the effective date of award, with the option to extend the period of performance for four additional one year periods.
