Manually drafted documents will be either optically scanned or manually digitized, then edited and otherwise processed into topologically structured and attributed point, line, or polygon digital files. Digital data will be provided to assist in data conversion. Digital elevation models at 10 meter resolution will also be created under this contract. Services also include conversion, by scanning, of hardcopy engineering drawings into AutoCAD (tm) drawings and drafting/editing of existing and new AutoCAD (tm) drawings from government-provided data. Multiple-award, indefinite delivery contracts are anticipated. Contract period will be one year with four optional renewal periods of one-year each. (0168)
