Yellow Bird, Contract Specialist, (505)346-7576 The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Area Office, Branch of Roads, requires construction services on Project Nos., SP74(1)2&4, Jemez River and SP74(2)2&4, Old Santa Ana Road located on the Santa Ana Indian Reservation, Sandoval County, New Mexico. Both projects consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and incidentals for road construction, additionally SP74(1)2&4 has a Steel Girder Bridge, and SP74(2)2&4 has grade, drain, aggregate base course, hot asphaltic concrete surface and culverts. The projects are 630 and 6,275 feet in length, respectfully. The Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 with a performance time of 360 calendar days. Project specifications will be in accordance with Standard Specification of Construction for Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects. Liquidated Damages will be assessed in accordance with FP92. Bid Opening date is set for July 31, 1998 at 10:00 am DST. The contract will be awarded on "ALL OR NONE" basis.
