Work includes but is not limted to: Renovate the Station bldg. and boathouse and construct an addition to the boathouse. Work shall include minor renovations of the Station Bldg. and Boathouse. Renvation of the galley and installation of central air-conditioning in the Station Bldg. Upgrade the mechanical and electrical systems in both buildings. The boathouse addition shall include storage for the station's rigid hull inflatable boat and combination locker/wet rooms with showers. Replace existing fuel tanks with new. Provide and install temporary trailers. Replace damaged roof sheathing on Station Bldg. and Boathouse. Pressure wash and paint aluminum siding on the Station Bldg. in lieu of replacing siding. Implement dewatering system prior to excavating below groundwater surface and maintain groundwater a min. of 2 ft. below bottom of all required excavations. (Water line, sanitary sewer line, foundation work and other indicated below grade work.) SIC Code 1542. The estimated range is between $500,000 and $1M.
